In our experience new builds tend to be 20-30% more expensive than equivalent moderately renovated classic apartments (but these additional costs are compensated by enhanced rental yield). Each Budapest District has different characteristics eg. District V is the commercial heart of Budapest, whereas District XI is the bohemian centre, each of the other districts has their own quirks.
